Why we started Help Plumbing
Plumbing has a reputation problem. Too many homeowners we'd talked to had been quoted one price and charged another, or had a "fixed" problem come back two weeks later. We wanted to build a plumbing business that didn't operate that way.
Our approach is straightforward: we diagnose properly (often with CCTV inspection before quoting), we tell you what's wrong in plain English, we give you a fixed price upfront, and we don't start work until you've approved it. If a repair is the right call, we repair. If replacement makes more sense long-term, we say so — and explain why. The goal is for you to make an informed decision, not a rushed one.
That's also why we publish our NSW Plumbing Licence number (489072C) on every page, hold $10M public liability insurance, and back our work with a workmanship guarantee. None of those are unusual for a licensed plumber — but we mention them up front so there's no question about who you're dealing with.
