Plumbing in Mascot
Mascot — close to Sydney Airport and anchored by Mascot Station — has redeveloped substantially in recent years. Post-war brick homes on the older streets are now mixed with new high-density apartments closer to the station. Galvanised pipework in the older flats and brick homes is at end of life and we replace it regularly.
From our Earlwood workshop we typically reach Mascot in 15–20 minutes, and because we work this corridor often we know the local pipe-age patterns and the council areas that govern the trade waste rules around here. Standard residential jobs (post-war brick homes is most of what we see) get a same-day quote after an upfront inspection. Larger work near Mascot Station — strata maintenance, commercial plumbing, or full bathroom rework — is scheduled with a fixed price and a confirmed start window so there are no surprises on the day.
